Why is my idle usage so high?

My device idle is at 45% and my cell standby is 39%. I have no idea why these should be so high.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

We'll need more stats. Use the phone normally and before you come to recharge, post a screenshot of your battery usage stats. Open the battery usage graph and screenshot that too....the info about mobile signal, wifi, etc., at the bottom, may be useful. Tell us also your screen-on time, and the typical brightness level, and please give some idea of what you used the phone for.
