Can't send text messages at the same time as I recieve them
I've looked around and can't find a solution to this problem, though I'm sure someone had to experience this. I'll try to describe this issue as best I can.
I send a text message and try to follow up with another, but the keyboard closes and I have to wait until the person's text comes through before I can text them again. If they keep typing, I can't send another text until they are done sending. If I'm in the middle of typing a message and they send another - the same thing happens - the keyboard (not the app) will close or disappear, and I have to wait for them to finish before I can send a message.
It happens with one iphone user and another galaxy user. All of us are on verizon. I've tried switching keyboards - it happens with the stock keyboard, google, swiftkey which I use now.
Anyone experience this and find a solution?
