I have not been able to find any root method for your device. Some asked the same question on XDA here: [Completed] [Q] Rooting help for Alcatel 4015T running 4.4.2 all have failed - XDA Forums

I have 2 of these phones. One is build c9xuax0 and the other is build c80ua02. The latter I was able to root with iroot. The previous I have been unable to root. Tried half a dozen or so methods. If anyone has success with build c9xuax0 please post method as this has been bugging the s**t out of me.
