Why is my Asus Fonepad 7 (FE170CG) hanging on Android logo?

My Asus Fonepad 7 (FE170CG) hangs on Android logo ):

Hi everyone
I have Asus Fonepad 7 (FE170CG) and can't get access to it !!
i tried to factory reset it and works fine "the process i mean" but unfortunately it hangs on Android logo and didn't work .. ):

Can anyone help me, what sholud I do?

Are you saying that you did the Factory Reset, but that the phone will not reboot afterwards, or that you could not do the Factory Reset?
