Is there any kind of warranty that I can claim?

Or is there anyway of replacing the battery?

    Thanks

I don't think that the warranty would cover battery failure after 13mo.
Yes, you can buy replacement batteries, together with the simple tools you'll need if you intend to do it yourself.
However, are you sure it's the battery at fault, and not the charger, USB lead, USB port, or something else?
