My Galaxy Note Edge battery is not charging, what do I do?

galaxy note edge battery not charging. what to do?

I have a brand new note edge. It charged OK the first three days. Now the phone won't charge and there is a message "battery not charging." I have plugged it into the wall and the car, turned it off and on and tried again. All to no avail. Please help.

Bring it back and have them exchange it for a properly working phone.

Have you done a reset or battery pull. Do you have enough charge to do a factory data reset. Are you able to try another battery, to see if you have a bad one.

Thanks for your response. I'd prefer not to do a reset. I'll be going back to the store tomorrow if I have to.

My note 4 edge wont charge! Ive had it less then two months and ive plugged it in to everything! why wont it charge? It was plugged in, charged up to 40% and then stopped! now ive been without my phone for 2 days!
what can I do?
