My brand new Note 4 went dead and wont charge!, what should I do?

My brand new Note 4 went dead and wont charge!

I've had my Note 4 for 11 days and tonight it completely froze/locked up and then went dead. I had approx. 20% battery life at the time. I plugged it into the charger to see if that would help and it wont even charge. Light doesn't even come on. Very frustrated!

Have you tried a battery pull? Take it out and leave it out for 5 minutes or so and put it back in. Then try to charge it. Hope that helps.
