Is the dual-sim variant of the LG G3 (D858) compatible with UK networks?

After a lot of research I've convinced myself that the LG G3 should be my next phone. I've been shopping around trying to find the best price and stumbled across a dual-sim variant that looks quite intriguing, but it looks to be an import so I'm not sure if it will work on the UK networks.

Any advice on how to work this out would be greatly appreciated.
