My Samsung S3 is just showing the black screen with the Samsung S3 written on it, how can I move forward from this?

Ssamsung s3 is just showing the black screen with Samsung s3 written on it, not moving forward

When i am pushing the on button on my samsung s3 it is just showing the black screen with Samsung s3 written on it. Phone is not getting open. Please help me to resolve this issue. I am very much worried as my phone is having lot of videos of my baby. Please please help me to fix this error. Thanks in advance.

Possibly a fault with the power button?
Can you boot into Recovery Mode? If so, wiping the Cache Partition may help.
