I bought my phone and I drop it in water when I was working and I need to know how to fix

I was walking out of work and I drop my phone in a little bit of water and I kept on trying and nothing would ever work so I decided to take it out if I need to know if there's any special buttons push just case I can fix it without having to spend money for right now I put it in some rice but can you help me
