I dropped my Samsung galaxy S5 active in a little bit of water how can I fix that

I drop my phone in a little bit of water in there right now and it is sitting in rice and I need to know how to fix it

I don't why I had the impression that the S5 and S5 Active were waterproof up to 3-foot submersion for 30 minutes. The S5 Active is not?

I saw it was an S5 Active here so I deleted and lost what I said.

It's all down the port cover then.

That's an interesting thought. OP, any damage to your phone may have been done by the fall rather than the water.
