Galaxy Note 3 phone replacement keeps rebooting

I received a replacement phone yesterday and as I was setting the phone options the screen froze. I tried resetting by holding the power button but that didn't work, so I had to remove the battery to reset. That happened twice within a few minutes. The third time it actually rebooted itself. Today, I was online using Chrome, and the phone rebooted twice within two minutes. Any suggestions?
