Are my system settings backed up?

[AC Question]

Hey there!
I'm using a Nexus 4 with Android 5.0.1 Lollipop.
I have auto backup turned on on my phone and everything is checked in the Google account sync list, but in the Dashboard of my Google account I see this:

Those this mean that I all my app data were backed up more than a month ago and every wifi password I saved, every change I made since these dates are not saved in the cloud?
If I do a factory reset I wont get the latest backup settings? Is this dashboard even relevant?
