    I have a virgin SIM only contract which I want to keep. I recently changed handset to Samsung Galaxy Note 3. I also had to change SIM cards from standard to micro. The network signal for Virgin keeps cutting on and off intermittently. I have had a replacement micro SIM card as well as done a factory reset but the problem still remains. This problem is only on my Virgin SIM card as I have an O2 card and it works great with no issues. I have tried everything I know. I consulted a friend who told me he had the same issue and had to change settings from 4g to 3g. How do I do this on this handset?

    It may be different on your device, but try Settings, More, Mobile Networks, Preferred Network Type.
