I know some have no issues updating with TWRP installed manually but general rule of thumb if your device has any changes like custom recovery or files removed to free up space it will usually fail to update or cause some sort of error in the flashing process.

If you haven't rooted & removed any system/android files then I would take the time to place the stock recovery back on the device. Then either wait for the OTA or manually sideload the OTA file.

If you already have ADB and Fastboot setup on your computer then flashing the stock recovery back is literally a few minutes start to finish... Just grab the factory image from Google and extract the recovery.img from it.

Code:
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img

Simple as that...
