Welcome to Android Central! Which device? Does this happen after a reboot? I would suggest wiping the cache partition, but need to know the device first.

iPhone 6 Supercopy, huh? Steve Jobs would not approve.:p

I was talking about clearing the system cache partition, not the individual app caches. I'm not sure if the phone in this video is similar or the same, but it's worth a try. Follow the steps in this video, but instead of selecting Wipe Data/Factory Reset, make sure you select Wipe Cache Partition. When complete, then select Reboot System Now.
