Why can't my Xolo q700 connect to my PC through USB cable?

My xolo q700 can't connect to my PC through USB cable.

What can i do?

Welcome to Android Central! What version of Windows? When you connect via USB, does any USB connection notification appear on the phone? Have you tried a different cable, or different USB ports on the computer? Make sure you're not using a USB hub.

XOLO Q700 xolosecure app not work

after factory reset phone xolo secure stop and try sign in to google account gat error this page can'tbe found.
this page doesn't exist in google App administrator help.It may be deleted because the feature doesn't exist anymore,OR the URL may be incorrect

After this error my phone not connect on pc with USB Cable

Having done a reset....you'll be able to get to your Google Account on another previously authorized device.......be that your pc or another ?
Having wiped data, your pc isn't recognizing your phone.
When you are able to visit your Google Account you will be able to set the devices you wish to be associated with the account........and other settings.
