Why am I not able to download from Onedrive onto my tablet?

Download queuing on tablet

I am having issues when trying to download from Onedrive to my tablet. It is being queued even though it is the only thing downloading and then trying to download, queuing again etc until it eventually fails.

I have no problem downloading apps and file in emails but cannot download shared videos.

This is a new problem only happening in the last week and a half.

Any ideas?

Hell. Sorry for the delay.

I think there is a limit in video file sizes, but hopefully this will attract better minds than mine to answer you.

Thank you, could this be a new thing as it only seems to be an issue recently and works fine on all other devices that are not Android based?
