I've got a Samsung Galaxy Exhibit T599 with a 4GB sd card. How do I move pictures from the phone memory to the sd card memory? Can I setup phone camera to send pictures directly to the sd card memory?

Welcome to Android Central! Use any file manager app like the stock MyFiles (if present) or ES File Explorer to copy the files from internal storage to the SD card. The option to save photos directly to the SD depends on the phone--some of them allow it, others don't. On your phone, open Camera, tap the Menu button or the Settings icon on the screen, and look in the Camera settings for a default storage option.
