Why am I getting an authentication error on my Samsung Galaxy 4?

I have a Samsung galaxy note 4. I cannot connect to the wireless internet at my work.
We have a firewall and IT has reset it. I returned to phone thinking it was the phone and the new one won't connect either. My IT guys can't see a problem. I have done all resets, safe, soft and factory. Some mentioned that there are some "bugs" in the 4.
Any Ideas - before I return and get a different phone

What error messages are you getting from your Note 4 when trying to connect to the wifi at work?

it is telling me incorrect password and I have used the same one for 3 years. Samsung does not think the phone is the problem. Yet no one else in the company has an issue connecting. IT has reset the firewall and I still can't connect so I am really frustrated.
