Why am I unable to connet to my camera?

camera opening problem

Cannot connect to the camera warning as i open camera in micromax A110Q star plus2
Sometimes it shows me green screen & sometimes white screen too as i open camera
Even sometimes it doesn't open at all

Welcome to Android Central! Try booting into Safe Mode, which disables 3rd party apps. If the camera is still not opening in Safe Mode, then it's probably a hardware or firmware problem. For most Android devices, from a powered on state, press and hold Power until you see the Power Off menu. Then press and hold Power Off until you see the Safe Mode prompt. Tap OK.
