Landvo l200 smartphone !!!! Help !!!!

[AC Question]

I have tryed the answer ( sorry but no go ) it lets me go on setting, but want let me do anything less.
I think i have knock on ?? When you have bad eye sight and hereing and will not reconised my voice.
Can anyone help ???.
Plus i am not the brights spark.
