why when i go to download and app it gets stuck at the screen and just says downloading for hours?
i have already factory reset my tablet several times and I have even changed my google account. and my apex emdoor em63 tablet will not download any apps or games onto my tablet. it just sits there at the page and continuously keeps saying its downloading but it wont do anything else. and I have tried downloading several apps and games just to make sure its not just one certain game or app. I love this tablet and everything it does (when it is working correctly) please help me.
