    I bought a second hand LG G3 D855
    Turns out it was stolen and therefore blocked IMEI
    What do I do ..... I HAVE NO SERVER CONECTION
    HOW I CAN change the IMEI
    OTHER WAY I HAVE TO THROW THE PHONE

    Welcome to Android Central! If the phone was stolen, you need to report it to the police and turn it in--I'd also give them as much information about the seller as you have. If the original owner of the phone already reported the phone stolen to the carrier, then the IMEI is blacklisted, and the phone can never be used again to make calls. Trying to hack the IMEI would probably be illegal.

    If you paid with a credit card then you cab dispute the charge.
