KitKat 4.4.4 Update on Moto G

I received the KitKat 4.4.4 update on my Moto G phone yesterday, after reboot, my phone still has no audio use. When receiving phone calls, I cannot hear anything, and music playing apps such as Play Music, Spotify, Pandora, etc; I cannot hear anything on those, through headphones nor built in phone speakers. What can I do? Thanks
