    Hello. Welcome to Android Central.

    Which device?
Is it just key inputs, or does it affect scrolling as well?
I had an issue with fast scrolling on another phone.

Some Samsung's have an Increase Touch Senitivity setting which you may have tried already.

For fast scrolling it may help to change some settings in Developer options.

I am not sure how to stop the sensitivity for what help me with enableing the OK Google from any screen
This allowed me to use my voice instead of my fingers which worked since I had the same problem another way is to take away swipe on your keyboard this helps to control it more if this doesn't work I'm sorry if you go to the Google speak button on the keyboard and tap the settings you can change this the settings are located on the opposite side to the delete button to the speak
