How do I change wallpaper settings from blurry to clear image?

My phone, a ZTE Grand Max X+ changed the wallpaper from a clear image on the home screen to a progressively blurred as I scroll from screen to screen. The final screen you can barely make out the wallpaper. one when the screen wasn't locked. How do I change it back to a clear image for every screen ?

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Is this only on the wallpaper, or is everything in inverted colors?

Swipe up on your home screen and adjust bluriness efect.

This worked for me, and is the problem I think most of your are having also.

ZTE Scend. Had same problem tried everything then I tried the swiping up screen and had to do it a couple times but was able to fix blurriness. As soon as I read that post on swiping screen I remembered seeing those options when I first got phone and it popped up when I was wiping dust off and I thought why would I want it blurry. So that must have been how I blurred it. I just forgot about swiping up screen because I don't mess with blurriness ever.

Swipe up from the bottom of the screen .. it will give you a slide adjustment ... slide it to the desired focus or blur

I'm using a Microsoft Launcher and found a setting that did this. Launcher settings: Personalisation | Theme | Blur
