My Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 is not charging. Is rebooting help it back?

I charge my tab for two hours but when I came back, it was dead. When I turned it on, it is not charging anymore.

Possibly a faulty USB lead, or a faulty USB port?
Of course, there are other possibilities.
No, I don't think that rebooting would help.
