Can't save screenshots, please help!

My android has been acting up lately, its brand new, only had it for a month. But I've seen that the storage says its full, so I put in a new SD card (32gb) and set the phone back to factory settings. Now the problem isn't the storage, its that I can't take screenshots. Its been acting up lately, don't know what to do, please help!

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? How are you trying to take the screenshot?

If it's of any relevance, I find it difficult to take screenshots on my Nexus 5. The volume slider tends to come up instead.

Its simple just delete old "Picture" folder in ur internal storage then create a new one, in that folder create another folder naming "Screenshots1" and now u can save ur screenshots..! !!
