I have trawled through manual and can't find it. Having to put in new sim.
Also, I have had no service all day yesterday and today. When I try to send a text or phone a contact the message " not registered on network comes on screen. I have tried switching off and powering back up after 10 mins but nothing changes. I have received no calls or texts either in this timeframe. Any help appreciated

    You have a couple options.

    1. You can EXPORT your contacts list to file and then move it off the device and over to your new device. Then simply IMPORT the contacts list file. This should be located within your Contacts/People app under settings.

    2. Make sure all your contacts are sync'd to your Gmail account then when you sign in under a new device/SIM it should sync them back. I would try suggestion #1 as a precaution to make sure you have a backup of your contacts just in case.

    3. Using suggestion #1, you can also import this same contacts file into your Gmail account/contacts via computer and the full Gmail website.
