Why won't my Samsung Galaxy S4 mini turn on further then the Samsung logo?

[AC Question]

Samsung galaxy s4 mini, wont turn on further than the samsung logo.

My phone suddenly just turned off yesterday and now wont let me turn it on further than the samsung logo. It also blink light and dark blue in the top left corner. I have been trying to reboot, but it tells me theres an error. Also tried to leave the battery out, still nothing.

PLS help

Welcome to the forums. Can you reboot into recovery? Press volume up, power and home at the same time. Release when you see blue writing at the upper left.

Once there, try clearing the cache partition. If that doesn't work, reboot again and try a reset.

you can try to eliminate way to turn it on first before disassembling the unit...
