My settings app went missing. How do I get it back?

So basically here's how it goes. I download cyanogen mod using the cyanogen installer for my Samsung galaxy s4. I use my phone for a couple weeks and I recently noticed something. My settings app is nowhere to be found. Last I checked the app was there and now it isnt. It's not in my app drawer and the settings widget shortcut doesn't open anything. the phone is running android 4.4.4. Anyone who can help me with this problem?
