I bought a nuvision tablet with 4.4.2. I saw video and articles on how to make SD writable and so on. I just want to make my EXTERNAL SD an external SD not a emulated one. I tried to use APP III manager to move my apps and that is when I found out that I can't since my external sd is emulated and it don't see it. I tried to partition the SD but the tablet don't see the SD. I am just frustrated.

To achieve what you want you need a rooted device. Android removed support for apps on SD cards a while ago and added some new SD card restrictions for security reasons on KitKat (the version you're running). For more info on what was restricted in KitKat, you can read this:

But if you want to install apps on the SD card (I wouldn't recommend it), you'd need to root your device and apply a 'hack' to allow this (the app you're trying to use might be able to do it without hacking, just rooting, you'd have to check the app's page).
