Why does my screen freeze then goes black blue light flashes?

Screen freezes then goes black blue light flashes

Ok the phone will be left alone for some time with the screen off. Could be over night or just a few hours, when I pick up the phone turn on using the front button screen comes on but wont swipe, Then goes to a black screen with the blue led flashing. wont start again unless I remove battery, then it starts??? has done this at least 10 times had phone for 3 months. Thanks for any ideas or replies!

If you've had it three months from new, just get it fixed or replaced under the warranty.
