why cant i get into my galaxy s5?
I downloaded this app called knocklock lite that I use so i can have this cool password on my lock screen. It was working around 7 am, but when i tried to use it again between 11-12, it started to have these problems. First i have to do my lockscreen that the phone come with and it comes on but i can only stay on the homepage. After about 10 second, it automatically tells me to put in my password and when i put it in it says it wrong and i'm 1000% sure i put in the correct password. After getting wrong 3 times, i press forgot password and i have to answer a security question. I have to double tap each letter in order for it to go in, but sometime when i type the other letter, it repeats the previous letter. After struggling to type the answer, it says that's wrong too.
