How can I store media, such as mp3s or jpgs, from a USB into my 2015 Hyundai Sonata?

Welcome to Android Central! You usually can't upload JPGs from USB to a car system. It's typically just for playing songs. Have you checked your car manual? I can't access the Hyundai site, since I'd need to register in order to access the manuals.
