    My phone is storing apps in it's 'internal storage' instead of its 'phone storage'

    I have 5 GB free buy still when I download apps from Google playstore it says no enough memory......

    Help me out Plz....ASAP

    It might be an error in the memory reporting. Have you considered doing a reset?

    That's where apps go - in 'Internal' (aka System) memory. Phone storage is where user data such as photos, videos, documents etc are stored.

    You can clear caches to create some space in internal memory but it's only a temporary fix because the cache files will regenerate. If you have hundreds of emails or thousands of text messages clearing them out might make a little space. But the only real solution is to delete some apps.

    its a duplicate / clash. try uninstalling google play store updates from settings > apps > google play store . also try installing the apks themselves

    I got the same problem but after i reset my phone it was fine and i could download again as normal.
