I woke up this morning and I noticed on my notification screen that there is a notification, "Device Managment is.."

I can not swipe it away and it won't tell me what my phone needs.

How can i figure out why it is giving me this notification?

How can i fix whatever is wrong so the notification goes away?

Reading through some other posts, it seems some devices (mostly Verizon, mostly HTC Ones) have this issue when there's an update ready to be installed. You might try this:

    Go to settings
    Software Update
    Check new
It should ask to install update, say "Install Now"
That should fail, because you are already on the latest OTA (this last bit was copied over from another forum response, and it might be your case, it might not...)
