I use Keepass2Android Password Safe, with the data file on a cloud account, so all my devices (phones, laptops, desktops) are using the same file and are kept in sync. It's about as easy as any password safe to use on an Android (IOW, a little more difficult than using it in Windows), but not much more. You have to switch between the password app and the app that you have to put the password in. In Windows you have both programs open, so you just copy and paste. (If you have a phone that can have multiple apps on the screen at once, and you can read them that small, you can do it the same way - copy the password and paste it where you need it.)

    It's free.

I've been using it for years, and never had any complaints (or even suggestions for things I'd like changed or added - and I'm nit-picky about apps).
