So I have T-Mobile which exempts Google Play Music from my data usage. This is a huge chunk and right now, my Android data usage counter shows that I have used 2.5GB of data when T-Mobile's account site says i've only used 800MB.

Is there any way to exclude Google Play Music from the statistics for data usage or otherwise subtract it? Native in the phone is best (I have root so an xposed module or something would be great) but if there's an app that will do it, I'm fine with that as long as I can get a desktop widget or something for quick reference (Dashclock integration would be best).

    Thanks!

You'd need a data usage app (or Xposed module) written to exclude Google Play Music. I haven't seen one, but considering what T-Mobile is doing, it's not a bad idea.
