Why is my battery draining so fast?

25% lost in 15 mins

Hello all.
I have a Samsung galaxy s3
I unplugged my phone 15 mins ago. It was at 100% battery. Its been a little leas then 15 mins &its at 75% at the time of the screen shot.
As I type this I am at 68%

What the heck is going on. I uninstalled almost everything on my phone to maybe help resolve then issue (before the 100% charge it was draining while plugged in so I uninstalled things)

Its between startic energy, damaged battery , heavy apps , charger problems and usb port issues. You might find this guide on how to fix an Android phone that doesn’t charge (or discharges) when connected to a power source helpful in fixing this
