How to block pop ups in MotoG 2nd Gen?

Hi, I am using MotoG second generation. When I enabled data (internet), I am facing lot of more pop up adds while browsing internet with any of installed applications. Can any one help me how to avoid those pop ups? Infact I have disbaled in google setting changes (under adds) but still I am facing

Welcome to Android Central! If you're using Chrome, did you tap Menu>Settings>Site Settings>Pop-ups, and make sure they're blocked?

What kinds of sites are you visiting? That's probably a big part of the problem as well.

I am having the same issues. And, I doubled checked that it says pop up ads are blocked and the only time I use the internet it to look up something on Google for school or something. I never even open up websites. I just read what google says about what I needed to know. These ads are really annoying. They pop up even when im not on the internet. Like when I'm on an app like Instagram or etc.
