Galaxy S3 stuck on start up screen
Turned phone on to see a greyed out battery icon. Thought battery mustn't work. Bought new battery and the same thing happened after plugging into recharge. Took it off the cord and switched it on and it is stuck at the start up screen. Turned back off and tried my old battery and the same thing happened.
Researched for a while on the internet. Removed sd card. Did factory reset. Removed battery, waited one hour before inserting - several times.
Have tried clearing the cache and a few other options that are on the recovery menu.
Never used kies or created a custom recovery.
Been trying to download firmware to try fix phone. Had no luck there.
Downloading galaxy s3 stock rom at the moment. Will I be able to use that to fix this?
