How do I remove lollipop?

It's lousy. I want back my phone as it was 15 minutes ago, before the so-called update. For example You can't longer remove both sound and vibrations from the quick menu, The phonebook layout have changed to the worse, and so on.

Help?

The future of Android OS is ahead, not back into the past. Unless you've got serious problems, give it a bit longer than 15min.
