Why I don't have the option to schedule text messages on my Galxey S3?

I am told I should be able to schedule when a text message goes out on my Galaxy S3. I watched a video on you tube how to do it but I don't get that option. Why?

Hello. Welcome to Android Central.

It should be there in the composing menu, not the conversation view menu. Scheduling in the latter, as opposed to Scheduled Messages in the former. It's possible your carrier version has changed this.
