why is my phone cannot be open?

hi my phone is a cherry ruby.first my classmate tried to get the battery and the memory and then when we tried to restart it, it turns on and when it opens, the android logo only and it stacks there.how can i fix it?

how long has it been on? sometimes it takes quite a while for the first boot (maybe 5 mins) from a fresh factory reset. if not, then try to access recovery menu then factory reset it.

after we get the memory card and then the sim cards, we turned it on..
