Why won't my Samsung Galaxy Xcover 2 start?

My samsung galaxy xcover 2 won't start!

Well, it works perfectly, until the battery runs out.
So, this is what happens when I charge it and press the power button: It vibrates as normally when it starts up, and the white loading loop shows up. But afterwards, it just turns off again.
I've tried to hard reset it, but the phone doesn't react to that, so I'm out of that option.

I hope there is a solution to this

Welcome to Android Central! It works perfectly until the battery runs out--so does that mean you haven't gotten it to work again ever since the battery drained? Am I correct in understanding that now, the phone never boots up fully to the homescreen, even after a full charge? If that's the case, the battery may be failing. Try a new one.
