How can I install Android 5 on my tablet?

I'm extremely new on Android but I was able to root my tablet (Asus MeMO Pad 8). So I'm playing around with the system right now assume I was wondering if there's any possibility to install Android L on this tab. I took a look at the cyanogen mod but it says that this device isn't supported. An since I already broke the system once and had to install Android again from scratch I'm careful now.

I wonder if sometimes kind enough to give me a step by step guide to an Android beginner like. If it's actually possible to get Lollipop.
The tab is running Android 4.4.2 right now
