Why does my Samsung Galaxy screen zoomed in?

Somehow the screen on my Samsung Galazy S5 has zoomed in and all my icons and apps look much larger now, like they have been magnified for someone who is visually impaired. How can I get to back to its origional zoomed out/normal setting? I've tried Googling the answer but have not found a solution that works yet. If anyone can help it would be much appreciated!

I had the same problem your phone is on easy mode go to your settingsite and turn it off took me ages to figure it out. Hope this helps
