Back and Menu buttons no longer work after phone fell into water. Galaxy S4

Hello,
My phone (Galaxy S4) slipped into some water today, I put it into rice and used a blow dryer on it for a while. Everything seems to be working except for my back and menu buttons are not working.
I have checked the timing, and power saving the lights dont even light up, they did for a bit a few hours ago but only for a minute. I have tried restarting it a few times.
I really do not want to take it in, what can I do??
